Harness Your AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI agent execution platform operated by Harness Your AI, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our platform at harnessyour.ai and any associated services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. We use this to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and communicate with you about the Service.
Agent Activity & Run Logs
When AI agents execute tasks on your behalf, we collect structured logs of their activity — including task descriptions, actions taken, decisions made, outputs generated, and timestamps.
Messages & Communications
If you use messaging integrations (WhatsApp, Telegram, email), we process messages that agents send or receive on your organization’s behalf. Message content is used solely to execute your configured agent workflows.
WhatsApp Data
When you connect a WhatsApp Business account, we process your phone number, messages sent/received through agent workflows, and connection credentials (stored encrypted). We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Telegram Data
When you connect Telegram, we process your bot token, chat identifiers, and messages sent/received through configured workflows. Telegram data is used exclusively to execute your agent automations.
Usage & Technical Data
We collect standard web analytics including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and session duration via Vercel Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate the Service — authenticate you, run AI agents, display results
- Improve reliability — diagnose failures, optimize performance, fix bugs
- Communicate with you — service updates, security alerts, support
- Comply with legal obligations — respond to lawful requests
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Anthropic (Claude API), Meta/WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Vercel, and Neon (PostgreSQL) as processors. Each is bound by data processing agreements.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained while active. Agent run logs are retained for 12 months by default. You may request deletion at any time. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
5. Data Security
We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, access controls, and security monitoring.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction under GDPR and CCPA. We do not sell personal information.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication only. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. International Transfers
Harness Your AI is operated from the United States. Transfers comply with applicable data protection laws including standard contractual clauses where required.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will notify you by posting the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
